(01) Why it’s paid

No sales pitch dressed as an audit.

Most “free audits” are a quick skim designed to find reasons to sell you a retainer.

Ours is different because it’s paid: you get the full attention of the founder, a former Performance Marketing Manager at Ticketmaster. That means an honest diagnosis of what’s working and what’s wasting money, and a plan you can act on yourself, hand to your team or ask us to deliver. We look at your accounts the way an in-house performance lead would, starting from the numbers that matter to your business.

(02) Who it’s for

An audit makes sense when you…

Want to check the basics yourself first? Start with our 12-point Google Ads audit checklist.

Run ads in-house

You manage Google Ads, Meta or TikTok yourself and want a senior second opinion on what’s working, what isn’t and what to do next.

Are reviewing your agency

You’re not sure your current agency is delivering. An independent audit gives you the facts before you decide, whoever you work with next.

Have seen results slip

Costs have crept up or sales have dropped and you can’t see why. We find the causes (often tracking, structure or wasted spend) and prioritise the fixes.

(03) Audit options

Simple, fixed pricing.

Not sure which to choose? Pick the single-channel audit if most of your spend is on one platform; choose the full audit if you run two or more, or want to know where your budget is best spent.

Single-channel audit

£195one-off fee · no VAT

  • Written report & prioritised action plan
  • 45-minute recorded walkthrough call

(04) What we review

What a paid media audit includes.

Running eCommerce? We also review your product feed, Merchant Center and catalogue health (see our eCommerce approach). For SaaS and B2B, we follow leads through to your CRM.

Tracking & measurement

Are conversions firing once, accurately and with the right values? Consent mode, GA4, Conversions API and server-side set-up, plus how much of what platforms report is genuinely incremental.

Account structure

Campaigns, ad groups and asset groups checked against your goals and data volume, so automation has the right signals and budgets aren’t fighting each other.

Search terms & audiences

Where your money actually goes: irrelevant searches, overlapping audiences, missing exclusions and the targeting that’s quietly draining budget.

Bidding & budgets

Bid strategies and targets compared with your real margins, so you know whether campaigns are actually profitable, whatever the ROAS says.

Creative & ads

Ad copy, assets and creative testing reviewed for relevance, fatigue and learning, with the gaps that are holding performance back.

Landing pages & journey

The path from click to conversion: message match, page speed, forms and friction points that waste paid traffic.

(05) How it works

Three steps, 10 working days.

Then keep the plan, act on it, ask for consultancy support, or have us run your media.

  3. 03

    Walkthrough & action plan

A written report, a prioritised action plan and a recorded walkthrough call. Keep it, act on it, or ask us to deliver it.

(06) FAQ

Audit questions.

01How much does a paid media audit cost?

Our single-channel audit is £195 and our full paid media audit, covering up to three platforms, is £395. Whichever audit you choose, its fee is credited in full against your first month of management if you start with us within 60 days.

02What does a paid media audit include?

A review of six areas: tracking and measurement, account structure, search terms and audiences, bidding and budgets, creative, and landing pages. Each finding is ranked by impact, with wasted spend quantified where we can. You get a written report, a prioritised action plan (quick wins first) and a recorded walkthrough call. The full audit adds cross-channel budget analysis, an attribution and incrementality review, profit-based targets and a 30/60/90-day roadmap.

03Do you audit paid social accounts?

Yes. For Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn we review the Pixel and Conversions API, attribution settings, campaign and audience structure, audience overlap, creative fatigue and testing, placements and budgets, and how much of what the platform reports is likely to be incremental.

04Do you audit SaaS and B2B accounts?

Yes. As well as the usual checks, we look at what happens after the click: whether leads are qualified, whether CRM outcomes such as demos, opportunities and deals are fed back to Google and LinkedIn as offline conversions, and whether campaigns are optimising for pipeline rather than form fills. See how we work with SaaS companies.

05How do I book and pay?

Choose your audit and send us a message. We’ll confirm the scope and which accounts to include, then send an invoice, payable upfront by bank transfer. Once it’s paid and you’ve given us read-only access, the audit starts, and so does the turnaround time.

06Which audit should I choose?

Choose the single-channel audit if most of your spend runs through one platform, such as Google Ads or Meta. Choose the full audit if you run two or more platforms, or you’re not sure where your budget is best spent. It also looks at how the channels work together.

07What if you don’t find much wrong?

Then you’ll have independent confirmation that your accounts are in good shape, plus a clear list of what to test next. Every audit ends with practical next steps.

08Why don’t you offer free audits?

A free audit is usually a sales pitch in disguise: a quick skim designed to find reasons to sell you a retainer. A paid audit means an independent, senior and thorough review, and an action plan you own whether or not you work with us afterwards.

09What access do you need?

Read-only or standard access to your ad accounts and analytics, such as Google Ads, Meta and GA4. We never change anything in your accounts during an audit, and you can remove access as soon as it’s finished.

10How long does an audit take?

Typically 10 working days from the day we receive access, followed by a walkthrough call to take you through the findings and answer questions.

11What do I get at the end?

A written report with clear findings, a prioritised action plan (quick wins first, then bigger structural changes) and a recorded walkthrough call. The full audit also includes profit-based targets and a 30/60/90-day roadmap.

12Can you implement the recommendations for us?

Yes, if you’d like us to. You can run the plan in-house, ask us for consultancy support, or have us manage the accounts, and whichever audit you choose, its fee is credited in full against your first month of management if you start with us within 60 days.

13Which platforms do you audit?

Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn, plus the tracking behind them, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Conversions API and server-side tagging.

14Is our data kept confidential?

Yes. Everything we see is used only to produce your audit, access is read-only and can be removed at any time, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before we start.
