Reports & dashboards

Your numbers, live, and in plain English.

Every Brightpace client gets a live dashboard, refreshed daily from their ad accounts, and a short, plain-English report each week. Open the demo dashboard or read the sample report below: both use a made-up business and made-up numbers, so you can see exactly what you’d get before you sign.

Live dashboard

Check in any day, not just on report day.

Your own dashboard, built for the numbers your business runs on, not every metric a platform can export. It’s included in our media management fee.

  1. 01

    Every channel in one place

An overview of new customers, spend, cost per new customer and ROAS across Google, Meta and TikTok, then a page for each channel.

  2. 02

    Refreshed every day

Pulled from your ad accounts automatically each day, with a warning on the page if the data ever goes stale.

  3. 03

    Any dates, any comparison

Last week, 28 days, 90 days or your own dates, compared with the previous period, the same period last year or a custom range.

  4. 04

    Down to the ad

Filter by funnel stage and campaign, then see ad sets, ads, creative, keywords and search terms, with what changed.

  5. 05

PDF and CSV in one click

Download the page or the whole multi-channel report as a PDF, or the filtered rows as a CSV.

  6. 06

    Private to you

Each client gets their own unguessable link, with a proper login available for sensitive accounts. Your ad accounts always stay in your name.

Open the demo dashboard ↗ Same system as client dashboards. Made-up business, made-up numbers.

Weekly report

What lands in your inbox weekly.

A short report from the person running your account: the results, what happened and what’s next. Here’s a simple example.

Weekly report · example Illustrative example: not real figures

Example online shop

Google Ads and Meta · Week 42

Headline

Revenue was up 5% on a 3% rise in ad spend, so overall return (MER) edged up from 4.9 to 5.0.

Nothing needs a decision from you this week.

Results vs last week

Revenue£20,000+5% last week £19,000
Ad spend£4,000+3% last week £3,900
MER (revenue ÷ ad spend)5.0+0.1 last week 4.9
New customers150+7% last week 140

By channel as reported by each platform

Google Search Spend£1,500 Sales reported£8,000 ROAS5.3
Google Shopping Spend£1,500 Sales reported£7,000 ROAS4.7
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Spend£1,000 Sales reported£6,500 ROAS6.5
Total Spend£4,000 Sales reported£21,500 ROAS5.4

Added together, the platforms claim £21,500 of sales, while the shop took £20,000 in total. Platforms often over-count, so we judge overall results on your actual sales.

What happened

  • Google search did most of the work this week, with steady costs.
  • Meta results dipped as the current ads have been running for a while.

What’s next

  • See how the new Meta ads perform before changing budgets there.
  • Start planning budgets and offers for the next sale period.

The report starts with the numbers your business runs on (sales or leads, ad spend and overall return, or MER), then explains what happened and what’s next. This example is for an online shop; for lead generation, the results change.

Lead generation

Generating leads? The results change.

For service businesses such as solicitors, dental practices and B2B firms, the report follows the same format, but tracks enquiries rather than sales.

01

Enquiries

Calls, forms and bookings, with duplicates and spam removed

02

Qualified leads

Enquiries that fit, ideally confirmed in your CRM

03

Cost per qualified lead

What each good enquiry cost, against your target

04

Work won

Clients, cases or sales from your CRM, where you can share it

What’s in it

Four parts, kept short.

The weekly report sits alongside the live dashboard above and a monthly call (see how we work). All three are included in our management fee.

  1. 01

    Results

The headline numbers for the week (sales or leads, ad spend and return) compared with the week before.

  2. 02

    By channel

Spend and results for each platform, with a note where a platform is likely to be over-counting.

  3. 03

    What happened

A short, plain-English explanation of what changed and why.

  4. 04

    What’s next

What we’re planning next, and anything we need you to decide.

FAQ

Reporting questions.

01What should a weekly PPC report include?

A useful weekly report is short: the headline results compared with the week before, how each channel performed, what changed and why, and what happens next, in plain English rather than pages of charts.

02Is this a real client report?

No. The business and every number on this page are made up for illustration, and we never publish client data. Your report follows the same simple structure, with the measures agreed with you at the start.

03Who writes the report?

The person running your account. The numbers come from your ad accounts and analytics, and the commentary is written by the person who made the changes.

04Why don’t you just use each platform’s numbers?

Each ad platform counts the sales it thinks it influenced, so added together they often claim more than you actually sold. We show platform figures by channel, but judge overall results against your real sales or leads.

05Can I see the dashboard before I sign?

Yes. Open the demo dashboard: it runs on the same system as client dashboards, with a made-up business and made-up numbers.

06Where does the dashboard data come from?

From your ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta and TikTok), refreshed daily. In the weekly report we also compare the platforms’ figures with your real sales or leads, because platforms often over-count.

07Who can see our dashboard?

Only people you share the link with. Each client’s dashboard sits at its own unguessable address and isn’t listed in search engines, and we can add a proper login for sensitive accounts.

08Do I need to pay extra for reporting?

No. The weekly report, live daily dashboard and monthly call are included in the management fee.
