The best dental marketing agency in the UK is the one that fits your practice: private or mixed, one site or a group, the treatments you want to grow, and whether you need ads, a new website, SEO or all three. Dental marketing has its own rules and economics. An implant case can be worth thousands of pounds, a routine check-up far less, and every ad has to meet GDC and ASA rules. Below are ten UK dental marketing agencies, what each is genuinely best for, and the questions that separate a good fit from an expensive mistake.
Full disclosure: this list is written by Brightpace, and we’ve put ourselves at number one. We’d rather say that plainly than pretend to be neutral. Everything we say about the other nine is based on their own websites, and each is strong at something, so use the “best for” labels to find your fit, even if it isn’t us.
How we chose
Every agency on this list:
- Works with UK dental practices, either exclusively or as a stated specialism, confirmed on its own website
- Offers paid ads, SEO or websites for dentists as a core service, not a one-off add-on
- Is clear about what it does best, whether that’s treatment campaigns, local search, websites or a full package
We’ve ordered the list by who we’d recommend for a typical private or mixed UK practice that wants paid ads judged on booked consultations, which is, admittedly, the brief we built Brightpace around.

The 10 best dental marketing agencies in the UK
1. Brightpace
Best for: private and mixed practices that want senior, founder-led dental ads judged on booked consultations, not clicks.
Yes, this is us. Brightpace is a founder-led UK agency, founded by a former Performance Marketing Manager at Ticketmaster. As a dental marketing agency, we run Google Ads and paid social for practices, with separate campaigns for the treatments that matter most, such as implants, Invisalign, whitening and emergency appointments.
Why we’d put ourselves first:
- Booked consultations, not clicks. Calls, forms and online bookings are tracked through to booked and attended consultations, with call tracking where the phone matters, so budget moves to the treatments that fill the diary.
- Treatment-led campaigns. Each high-value treatment gets its own campaign, message, landing page and budget, set from what a case is worth to you.
- Compliant by default. Ads and landing pages are written with the GDC, ASA and Google’s rules in mind. Our guide to what Google Ads cost for dentists covers them.
- Clear terms. A monthly fee agreed up front, no setup fee, a 30-day rolling contract, and your ad accounts stay in your name.
Worth knowing: we’re a deliberately small, senior operation focused on paid media. We don’t build websites, do SEO or train front-of-house teams, so if you want one agency for all of that, a full-service option further down this list may suit you better.
2. Dominate Dental
Best for: practices focused on Invisalign, implants and cosmetic cases that want ads and lead nurturing together.
Dominate Dental works only with UK dental practices and says it has done so since 2012. It runs Google and Meta ads alongside AI search and SEO, websites and treatment-specific campaigns for Invisalign, implants, composite bonding and veneers. It also offers an AI front-desk tool that replies to enquiries and takes holding deposits, plus treatment coordinator training. Its packages are published, from £1,500 a month plus ad spend for its patient system, on 90-day rolling agreements.
3. Tillison
Best for: practices that want a local Google Ads campaign from a Google Premier Partner.
Tillison Consulting is based in Cowplain, Hampshire, and lists itself as a Google Premier Partner. Its Google Ads service for dentists centres on local campaigns that put practices in front of nearby patients searching for a dentist, with keyword research, conversion tracking for calls and forms, ongoing optimisation and regular reports. Clients keep direct access to their own Google Ads account, and it says a typical dentist spends £300 to £600 a month on clicks.
4. Dentree
Best for: practices that want a dental-only agency for ads, SEO and websites.
Dentree describes itself as dental-exclusive, with a London address, and says its founder has worked with dental practices since 2013. It runs Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising, SEO including AI search, website design, video and a dental chatbot from its sister product. Prices are quoted after a discovery call, based on your goals, keywords and local competition.
5. Head45 Dental
Best for: single clinics and multi-site groups that want SEO, a website and ads from one dental team.
Head45 Dental is a dental marketing company based in Cardiff, working with single practices and multi-location dental groups. Its services cover dental SEO, website design, Google Ads, implant and Invisalign lead generation, Meta ads for open days, call recording and Google Maps. A good fit if you want your website, local search and paid ads planned together.
6. LOCALiQ
Best for: practices that want local search, ads and listings from a large, established provider.
LOCALiQ is part of the Newsquest Media Group and markets itself as an award-winning dental marketing agency for UK practices. It runs search campaigns on Google and Bing for core treatments and emergency appointments, Meta ads, dental and local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation and websites. It lists Google Partner, Meta Business Partner and Microsoft Elite Partner badges.
7. Digimax Dental
Best for: practices that want a premium brand and website that patients remember.
Digimax Dental was founded in 2003 and is based in Marylebone, London. It focuses on dental branding, website design and dental SEO, alongside training, workshops and print, and says it takes on only a handful of new clients each month. The right call if your brand and website need work before you spend more on ads.
8. Vendo Digital
Best for: practices in London and the South East that want a website, SEO and Google Ads from one agency.
Vendo Digital is based in Sutton, Surrey, and offers dental website design, dental SEO and Google Ads for dentists. That suits practices that want a single local partner for their website and both paid and organic search, rather than separate suppliers for each.
9. Get-Found
Best for: single-site practices and growing groups that want Google Ads alongside Meta.
Get-Found was founded in 2019 and has offices in Birmingham and Canary Wharf, London. It runs Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and Microsoft Ads across several sectors, with a dental offer that covers everything from a single surgery to a growing dental group. It works on monthly rolling contracts with no lock-in. It also features in our list of the best Google Ads agencies for small businesses.
10. Bambino Agency
Best for: practices that want dental marketing alongside many other channels from one team.
Founded in 2019 and based in Manchester, Bambino Agency lists dental among its sectors, alongside legal, property, finance and eCommerce. It runs Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SEO, web design and AI services, and serves clients across the UK, including remotely. A sensible choice if you want your ads, social and website handled by one general agency rather than a dental specialist.
How to choose a dental marketing agency
A dental agency should be judged on one number: what a booked, attended consultation costs, compared with what that treatment is worth to your practice.
Whoever you shortlist, ask these questions. Our 12-point checklist for choosing a PPC agency goes deeper.
- What will they report on? Booked and attended consultations by treatment, and the cost of each, not clicks, impressions or website visits.
- How will calls be tracked? Many patients phone. Ask how calls are tracked and, ideally, matched to bookings.
- Do they know the rules? Ads must follow GDC guidance, the ASA’s CAP Code and Google’s healthcare policies. Ask how they handle claims, before and after photos and prescription-only treatments.
- Will they build treatment-specific campaigns and pages? An implant patient needs different messaging from someone booking a check-up.
- How will they handle the leads? Fast follow-up matters. Ask what happens between an enquiry and a booking, and whether they can help your front desk.
- What are the terms, and who owns the accounts? Avoid long minimum terms, and keep your ad accounts, website and data in your practice’s name.
Frequently asked questions
What does a dental marketing agency do?
A dental marketing agency helps a practice win new patients, usually through Google Ads, Meta ads, local SEO, Google Business Profile management and website design. The best ones track enquiries through to booked consultations and treatment value, so you can see which marketing actually fills the diary.
How much does a dental marketing agency cost in the UK?
It varies widely, and most dental agencies quote after a discovery call. Of the agencies on this list, Dominate Dental publishes its prices: from £999 a month for SEO and AI search, or £1,500 a month plus ad spend for its patient acquisition system. For the ad spend itself, see our guide to what Google Ads cost for dentists.
Is Google Ads or SEO better for a dental practice?
They do different jobs. Google Ads puts you at the top of results straight away for the treatments you choose, which suits high-value treatments and emergency appointments. SEO and your Google Business Profile build visibility over months. Most practices benefit from both, with ads filling gaps while SEO grows.
Should I choose a dental specialist or a general agency?
A dental specialist already understands treatments, patient journeys and the GDC and ASA rules. A general agency can work well too if it has real dental experience and tracks bookings properly. Either way, ask for examples from practices like yours.
What rules apply to dental advertising in the UK?
Dental ads must be accurate and not misleading under GDC guidance, follow the ASA’s CAP Code on claims and before and after photos, and meet Google’s healthcare advertising policies. Botox and other prescription-only medicines can’t be advertised to the public. Our dental Google Ads guide explains the details.
In short
The UK’s best dental marketing agencies range from founder-led paid media specialists to dental-only full-service agencies, local search providers and premium brand studios. Shortlist on fit, your treatments, practice size and what you need most, then judge each on booked consultations, call tracking, knowledge of the GDC and ASA rules, treatment-specific campaigns, lead handling, contract terms and whether you keep ownership of your accounts.
