Creator sourcing
Micro-creators found through creator marketplaces and the platforms’ own creator tools, checked for audience fit, content quality and fake followers before you see a shortlist.
We find micro-creators who match your customers, brief them and run their videos as Spark Ads and partnership ads, then judge them on cost per sale, creator fee included.

Brightpace finds micro-creators for your brand, writes the brief, and runs their videos as TikTok Spark Ads, Meta partnership ads and YouTube partnership ads. Every creator is tested against your existing ads and judged on all-in cost per sale: ad spend plus the creator’s fee.
UGC ads work when creators are run as ads and measured properly. As a UGC ads agency, we treat creator videos like any other ad: tested fairly and judged on what they sell.
Most brands either never try creators, or pay an influencer for a post and hope. Neither tells you whether creators actually sell.
We treat creators as a source of ad creative. We find micro-creators who match your customers, brief them on what already sells, and run their videos as ads from your account: Spark Ads on TikTok, partnership ads on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Then we test them against your current ads and judge them on cost per sale, creator fee included.

Hooks, angles, offer, must-says and must-avoids, taken from your best-selling ads and customer reviews, so creators make ads that sell, not just content that looks nice.
Creator permissions, ad codes and partnership set-up handled on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, so their videos run from your ad account with their name on them.
Each creator runs alongside your always-on brand ads in a fair test: same audience, same budget, enough time to read the result.
Cost per sale or lead with the creator’s fee included, next to CPM, hook rate and new customers, so you can see which creators actually pay for themselves.
Usage rights, how long you can run the content, and ad labelling agreed up front and kept on file.
We agree the budget and goal, shortlist creators who match your customers, and write the brief. You approve the creators.
Creators film; we check every video against the brief and cut extra hook and length variations from the footage.
Videos go live as Spark Ads or partnership ads, tested against your current ads, with all-in CPA in your weekly report.
Vetted micro-creators who match your audience, with rates and usage terms.
Hooks, angles and must-says written from what already sells for you.
Permissions, codes and ad set-up on each platform.
Extra versions cut from each video, so one shoot becomes several tests.
Same audience and budget, read on all-in CPA.
Usage period, permissions and ad labels agreed up front.
The same few videos get shown again and again until costs rise. Creators give you fresh, believable content fast.
A real person showing a product in their own words often stops the scroll where a polished brand ad doesn’t.
Paying for a post and counting views says little about sales. Running creator content as ads makes every pound measurable.
If creator fees are left out of the numbers, creator ads look cheaper than they are. All-in CPA keeps the comparison honest.
Creator ads are an add-on to our paid social management. Creator fees are paid at cost and agreed with you before anything is booked. Ask for a quote.
Not ready for creator fees? Start with AI UGC-style ads: licensed AI presenters, scripted from what already sells, to test hooks and angles cheaply, then brief real creators on the winners.
They pair well with our AI creative work (extra edits and variations from each shoot) and our incrementality testing, which shows how many extra sales the creator ads really add.
Anything else, ask the person who would run your account.
Ask a question →A UGC ads agency finds creators, briefs them and turns their user-generated-style videos into ads that run from your account. We handle sourcing, briefs, usage rights, Spark Ads and partnership ads, then test each video against your current ads and judge it on cost per sale.
Ads made by real creators, usually filmed on a phone in their own style, and run from the brand’s ad account. On TikTok they run as Spark Ads, on Instagram and Facebook as partnership ads, and on YouTube as partnership ads through Google Ads. They look like content rather than adverts, which often makes people stop scrolling.
No. We find them through creator marketplaces and the platforms’ own creator tools, check their audience and content, and shortlist the ones that fit your customers.
For micro-creators making ad content, usually somewhere between about £100 and £500 per video, depending on the creator, the platform and how long you can use it in ads. You pay creators at cost, and we agree the budget with you before anything is booked.
We test them against your current ads and judge them on cost per sale or lead, including what the creator cost, not just on views. If a creator’s ads don’t beat your existing ads after a fair test, we tell you and stop spending on them.
Your cost per acquisition including the creator’s fee as well as the ad spend: (ad spend + creator costs) ÷ sales. It’s the honest way to compare creator ads with ads you already own, because the content wasn’t free.
You get the right to use it in ads for an agreed period, usually 6 to 12 months, set out before the creator starts. Longer or wider use (on your website, in email or in stores) can be agreed too, usually for a higher fee.
Yes. UK advertising rules require paid content to be clearly labelled as an ad. Spark Ads and partnership ads are labelled by the platforms automatically, and we make sure briefs include the right disclosure for anything the creator posts themselves.
Before anyone reaches your shortlist we check: where their audience is and how old it is (from the marketplace or the platform’s creator tools), engagement compared with follower count, sudden follower jumps or generic comments that suggest bought followers, their last 30 posts for anything off-brand, and past brand work and competitors. Nobody is booked without your approval.
You do, directly: through the creator marketplace or on the creator’s own invoice. We never hold your money, and every fee is agreed with you before anything is booked.
Spark Ads codes and partnership-ad permissions have end dates. We log every one and renew or replace the content before it expires, so ads don’t stop without warning.
By default, yes: micro-creators work with several brands. If you’d like exclusivity in your category for a set period, we agree it up front, usually for a higher fee.
Yes. Raw clips are part of every brief, so we can cut extra hooks, lengths and formats from one shoot and test more versions without paying for more videos.
Usually you ship it, using the addresses from the marketplace, so stock and returns stay with you. We send the list and chase delivery so filming stays on schedule.
Creators use original audio or tracks cleared for business use, such as TikTok’s Commercial Music Library or Meta’s Sound Collection. Popular chart songs can’t be used in ads without a licence, so we check every video before it runs.
Yes, where available. Google has been rolling out partnership ads that run creators’ YouTube videos through Google Ads. If it isn’t available in your account yet, we run the creator’s video from your own channel instead.
We focus on micro-creators, because they produce ad-ready content at a price that can be tested properly and judged on sales. For larger influencer campaigns aimed at reach, we can point you to specialist partners.
Yes: AI UGC-style ads. We make talking-to-camera videos with licensed AI presenters, scripted from your real benefits and offers. They cost far less and take days, not weeks, so they’re a good way to find the hooks and angles that work before paying creators to film the winners. AI presenters never pose as real customers or give reviews.
Enough to test each creator fairly: as a rough guide, at least £1,500 to £2,000 a month on the platform you’re testing, on top of creator fees. Below that, results take too long to read.
Tell us what you sell, where you advertise and your monthly ad spend, and we’ll tell you whether UGC ads are worth testing.
